Server Agreements
We require that all of our Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers be operated under the terms and conditions of the Virtual Server Agreement and Dedicated Server agreement respectively. These Agreements specifically detail and outline the Scope of Service, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties, Terms of Use, and other important information. As a new Reseller, you will be required to return to us an original signed copy of these Agreements, so you should review them carefully.

Billing Agreement
We are determined to prevent fraudulent credit card use. We require all of our Resellers billed by credit card to return to us an original signed copy of the Billing Authorization Agreement. If you are planning on using a credit card as payment for services, please review this document carefully.

Domain Name Registration Agreement
As an accredited registrar and through a partnership with MelbourneIT, we can process any new Domain Registration requests you submit. New domain name registration requests submitted from you to us will be governed by the Domain Name Registration Agreement. We will require an original signed copy of this agreement before we can fulfill your registration requests.

Pre-Formatted Agreements
Resellers can access pre-formatted agreements in the Customer Information Interface of the Reseller Backroom. Pre-formatted agreements are no different than those provided above except, where appropriate, your company information is filled in for you. This service is provided for your convenience.
